The Freedom Conversation

 

Join us for an evening of learning about what human trafficking looks like right here in our city and how we can be a part of bringing freedom to the story. We are honored to host our very first panel discussion with Lisa Kersey, Executive Director of Freekind, and Sharon Powell, founder of Powell Law, an immigration law firm in Williamsburg.

In addition to learning with us, there will be a Q+A, refreshments, an opportunity to shop our collection with 15% going to Freekind, and lots of practical next steps for you to journey a little deeper in bringing freedom.

No matter what you know or don't know, you're welcomed as we lean into this conversation in an honest way that is survivor-informed and full of opportunity to be equipped in how to better advocate both here in our city and around the world.

• Students: You know your kids best and what is going to be helpful for their growth, but in case you are wondering, this evening is not recommended for students under 13 years old.
